2. Purpose of acquisition and use
Company name, individual name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number will be obtained and used for the following purposes: • To manage application for ABILI services

Personal information received will not be provided to any third party.
However, we may use or provide personal information without your consent when required by the Criminal Procedure Law, Local Tax Law, Income Tax Law, or Commercial Law, etc.

4. Outsourcing of personal information
We may outsource personal information to a third party.
When outsourcing, we select a third party in advance and confirm that it meets our standards for the protection of personal information. If necessary, we will sign a contract with such third party company regarding the protection of personal information.

5. Voluntariness
Although it is up to you whether you submit personal information or not, please be advised that if you do not provide such personal information and your questions are not resolved by this consent form, this may cause unexpected issues for you, such as you are unable to schedule an individual Q&A session to discuss matters.

6. Notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information, as well as cessation of use, deletion, and cessation of provision to third parties
Personal information obtained is managed by the Personal Information Protection Manager.
Please contact the manager in Item 1 above to request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal data in our possession, as well as suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to a third party of such data.
