What is the reason for the rebranding to ABILI?

Since its foundation in 2013, ClipLine, Inc. has focused on "execution support" for multi-location businesses, particularly those in the service industry, and has been dedicated to solving industry-specific challenges through the use of short clips. As a tool to be utilized when "new changes" occur for our customers, our user-base has expanded to 15,000 stores and 410,000 workers.

In response to changes in the environment surrounding the multi-location service industry, we have launched ABILI as a service that maximizes the potential of each store or location by eliminating unique structural issues and "variation".

Is the service only for the food service or retail industry?

Although used by many food service and retail companies, our service can solve a wide range of on-site and management issues for multi-location businesses where "people services" are present. Other applications include consumer services such as fitness and beauty, nursing care, logistics, maintenance, and BtoB sale sites.

Do I have to use all four ABILI services?

No, we will propose the best plan and service for your company's situation and challenges.
For example, it’s possible to only use our services for video production. Get in touch with us first.

I would like to know if you have any case studies in my industry.

What measures are you taking for security?

We are accredited as a "Privacy Mark" licensee and ISMS certified.

For products, we also use highly reliable data storage to reduce risks in the event of disasters.
WAFs block unauthorized access, and vulnerability assessments by a third-party organizations are also conducted on a regular basis.

In addition, we can operate the system to meet security standards for our customers, such as access control through IP restrictions and device authentication.

Is the service available to overseas branches and offices?

We also provide support for overseas expansion, and we have experience in this area.

Implementation and Support

Can I see the demo screens for each product?

What kind of personnel structure should I organize?

We will propose an appropriate personnel structure for each company along with your environment.
We often proceed with the project under the reporting line to the president or the executives in charge of sales, corporate planning, human resources, etc.
Regular meetings after implementation of the system are often held with the executives as well as managers in charge of sales promotion, human resources training, and other departments that are in charge of sales performance and notification to stores.

Will you provide support during implementation and operation?

Yes, at the time of implementation, we provide support such as sorting of operations, curriculum development, and content proposals. You can also leave all video shooting and editing to our video production team. Our customer success team will also accompany you during the operation phase.

How long does it take to prepare for the start of operations?

Although it varies depending on the product, we can prepare and start the program in 1~3 months depending on your request, including data collection, curriculum setting, and content creation by our production team.

I am worried about the utilization after the implementation of the system.

We believe that the most important thing is to support our customers after the implementation of the system, and we provide comprehensive support to all of our customers. Our customer success team consists of a large number of people; many of whom have former industry experience.
In addition to the headquarters, which is the implementation contact point, we also provide various forms of support for the success of businesses and projects, including support for utilization at each store and approaches to the management level.

Is it possible to start small with a few stores?

We will make flexible proposals depending on the contents and circumstances of the customer, for example, by first establishing a successful case study in a focused area or store and then later expanding horizontally.

Yes, we have a lot of experience in transferring operations and will support you for a smooth transition.
